Could a training regimen/syllabus for creating requisitions be created? We want our field users to create requisitions for material requirements and have the Purchasing Agent approve them. Does a training syllabus for creating requisitions already exist? 

Also, could the requisition program be accessible form Financial Edge without having to log out of FE and then log into the Web Purchasing module?
