In Database view when adding the Attributes for a new project and there was a new one to add to the tables, you could add it the same time while setting up the new project. In Web view when selecting the Custom Fields and you have a New Value, you are not able to add it at that time when setting up the new project. You have to get out of the new project. Go to Control panel, then Tables, select Table name and add a record and then go back into the project to add the custom field with the value.

Please vote to have the ability to add New Values at the same time when setting up a New Project in Custom Fields sections.
