I've used many different accounting programs and the reports in Blackbaud FENXT Web take way too long to run. A simple trial balance should only take a few seconds, but here I have to wait a few minutes for the report to generate. Then it takes even longer to download to an excel file. Also when downloading to excel, it doesn't tell you if anything is happening so if there is too much data for any report it just won't download and you never know why.
