Add view column to Reporting screen for scheduled reports

Now that reports can be scheduled, it would be helpful to have a column available to view which reports have been scheduled and some details on the timing, etc.

    Yes, it does not seem right that only the person who creates the report schedule can view it. It would be nice if others could at least see who the report is scheduled to send to and when.

    Agree, need a method for admin to know what reports are scheduled and who is receiving (easy look) so when staff changes updates/cancellations can be made.
