Add to Existing Journal Entry with Excel Add-In

Please allow the Excel add-in to modify existing journal entries. We add entries throughout the month which should show in FE, but don't want to add a new JE through the Excel add-in when an append is needed.

    Payroll and some other entries tend to be very long (500+ lines). If a change is needed on most of the lines, going in one by one is not feasible. The ability to change or override through the importing function is possible on the budget add-in, so something similar to that on the journal entries would be very useful.
