Allow Editing on Fund Balance Account in Configuation

Unable to get Fund Balances to close to various Cost Centers because someone unchecked the box in Segment-Cost Center-Preserve Details during Closing.  Now I am locked out and can only fix it by setting up new funds and transferring the data or setting up a new data base. I can not get system generated Income Statements or Balance Sheets.

    Unfortunately that is correct.  There are dramatic implications for making changes on the fund requirements so it is not a function that can be altered.  Your assessment that you could set up a new fund(s) and transfer a beginning balance and history.
