Via the portal allow constituents to apply

Via the portal allow constituents to apply their payment information to an active recurring gift.

Allow an option that when updating their wallet/payment information in the portal to apply it to their active recurring gift. Have had many members say the portal has the correct info, but their recurring gift charged the old account. Also allow us to view their wallet information in NXT.
