Ability to view the "Expense detail/purpose"

Ability to view the "Expense detail/purpose" notes once an expense management submission creates a payables invoice.

Currently, if a user adds details in their submission through expense management inside the "Expense detail/purpose" box, the information does not become included when the submission is approved. Thus, when going into Payables Invoices, there is no notes attached to the invoice.
