Being able to key in the Project # and tabbing out of the field will make the process of the deposit go faster instead of having to select from the drop down. In database view, you only have to key in the project# and tab out of that field, the project description populates afterwards in its own field. If you have several lines to key in, this slows down the process with having to stop and select the one you want in the drop down.
