When entering an invoice in WebPortal, a credit can be added if money needs to go back to a general ledger account, i.e. a return was made to Amazon and I'm paying the overall Amazon invoice. The credit shows up in NXT if the invoice was entered in WebPortal. BUT, if the invoice is entered in NXT, there is no credit column... only a debit column. We would like to switch all our people to NXT but we can't until this is remedied. We use credits for Home Depot invoices, Truist invoices, etc...
