We pay our security guard company in bulk at the end of the quarter. I have three months of weekly invoices for multiple offices and the system overrides the actual payment date to the oldest payment date when selecting 'bank draft'. That's too many to manually update the payment schedule to the correct date. EFT's require a bank to be linked. There needs to be a third electronic bank option.
