Modify parts of the EFT/ NACHA export to enable EFT submission for different banks

Different banks have different requests for their EFt submissions. Being able to modify things like Service Class, Effective Date, addition of an account number in the Batch Header, are all additions that would make submission faster and require less manual intervention.
