For audit purposes, most organizations require the separation of accounting duties. Currently, the report changes the name of the person who created to the person who posts it. Therefore, it looks like the one person did both, but in reality one person did create and another posted it. We were questioned by our auditor, and we tried to explain. They said this should be changed to reflect the actual work flow.
