In the cash receipts database view we had the option to create favorites. I set it up so that when I was entering deposits everything that I needed was in one spot. I also did this in the Accounts Receivable module. We post deposits individually and then also print a cash receipts report and a deposit report for each individual deposit. All of this is used as backup for the entry that was made. When looking at NXT there is no easy way to do all of this on the same screen. It has taken 5x longer and has decreased the productivity.
