Ability to Stop printing EFT notification

Currently, there is no way to stop the system from printing the EFT notifications when generating payments with the Electronic Funds Transfer payment method.  EFTs are intended to be paperless and we should be able to turn these off from printing.

    Presently the only way the system knows that something has been "paid" is that either the check or EFT notice is printed.  You can avoid printing a hard, paper copy by printing to a PDF.
