Disable the personal expense check box for credit card charges. Our employees to not reimburse the credit card directly. If an accidental personal charge happens, they reimburse our company. When/if they select the personal expense check box this is a hassle to resolve the issue so they can submit an expense form, so the company knows it's a personal expense that needs reimbursed.
