In NXT, have the ability to insert a row/line between existing lines

The ability to make edits to an existing batch by inserting lines/rows should be standard. It's a feature currently in the database/legacy view. If a user has updates to make to an existing batch, having to delete existing lines to have the flow of the transaction make sense is inefficient.
