Allow project distributions in reports to be filtered by active/inactive

I created a trial balance by project, but I'm getting every project that ever was.  I would like to consolidate this down to only the active projects since inactive projects are...well...inactive and not necessary.

    We need to be able to report on active projects only, even if you have a query that is active projects only, in Reports it shows ALL PROJECTS... ugh!

    Create a query that selects only active projects and apply this query as your filter on your report in the projects line of the filter tab.
