Permit FENXT vendor addresses to be updated

Permit FENXT vendor addresses to be updated from RENXT or other software.

When a customer uses RENXT along with other software, such as NPact's Foundation Cloud, we need the ability for addresses updated in either system to update in FENXT. Currently, we're told by NPact that the FE API doesn't permit vendor address updates.
