increase number of characters permitted in report description

When you create or update a saved report in NXT, it only allows very brief descriptions. It used to be much longer. A lenthy description allows other users to know how the report can be used, and also can provide specific instructions to consider when running a report. For example, I have several reports where it is important to update a query that is used in the parameters before running the report. Give us more characters in this field, please!
