Additonal Page for checks does not include

Additonal Page for checks does not include first transaction in check total

The subtotal at the bottom of the page does not include the first invoice in the additional page, therefore causing confusion to vendors when they receive checks that contain additional pages. This would help tremendously if it were corrected.
