Allow Journal Entry Batch to submit more than 1,000 lines

We import data on a monthly basis that contains 20,000 to 30,000 lines of data. As of now, it is easier to import this data into FE Database View instead of separating this massive amount of data into 1,000 lines 20 - 30 times so that we can submit via "Create Journal Entry Batch".

    Now that Database is going away, this is an ongoing issue.

    We also need to be able to import larger entries through Journal Entries. The add on does not handle these as it only accommodates a certain number of lines.

    We are in the process of researching how we will handle import in FE nxt. This route will allow for larger entries than the add-in
