Allocation Summary by account doesn't includes project codes used in range

When using the allocation summary to allocate indirect expenses, the range of accounts you are using as your base may include projects.  However, when you allocate the projects will not be considered.  You will only be allocating to the expense account bases instead of including projects.  This is frustrating to those of us, who need to track all expenses related to a project where indirect expenses can be attributed.
