View annotations on Project records

I've added annotations to projects to alert users about important facts or history of the project. It would be very useful if those annotations appeared when the applicable project report was run.

    Similar to the above request (but also different) -- it would be helpful to have the ability to add a Summary to FE NXT Project Records (similar to the Summary added to RE Constituent records).  We use a note to define project purpose and use, and it would be easier for users to see the Project purpose at a glance if it could be in the Summary instead of needing to open a note.
