Blackbaud should not freeze/lock up multiple times during the day. It make it very challenging to get any work done.

I completely agreed. Since they did updates, the work i used to do in 2 hours now it take me 4 days to finish. I created ticket. But all I got advice to use a different browser. It still does not help!
