Expand the Post Batches filters to include a new filter for GL Post Date

I wanted to post all batches that have a GL post date thru 9/30/16.  However, there is no filter in the Post Batches area for that item.  I suspect that may be because one batch could include multiple GL Post Dates, but figured I would mention it as a possibility.

    If you are wanting to be able to only post transactions within a particular batch based on the date but excluding other dates, I doubt that would even be a possible change.  The reason is that each batch validates as a whole.  The validation makes sure the batch as a whole balances by DB/CR, by period, by journal, by fund, and/or any other balancing requirements set on the fund configuration.

    Someone could have a batch that balances in all these ways in total for the batch, but might not if you pick a cutoff date within the batch.

    So if a date is of particular issue with you I suggest that the batch only include that set of dated transactions.
