If a vendor is defined with more than alphanumeric characters in the name, it is identified as an exception when 1099s are generated at yearend. For example, Johnson & Assoc. would kick out as an exception because of the "&" and ".". The name has to be changed to alphanumeric before 1099s can be processed. The program should allow whatever name is defined in the vendor file to print and not be limited to alphanumeric characters only. This was not an issue when 1099s were generated in 2020. I'm not sure why this became an issue for 2021.
