Add the Journal Entry Import to the Cloud Version of FENXT

It would be nice to be able to import within the cloud version of FENXT instead of always having to go to the database view. If there were a way to add a journal entry and import in your file from the actual entry or just have the system identify the next entry # so you don't have to type in some long "Batch Import ID" everytime.
