Journal Entry Batch Creator - allow "$0" instead of it having to be a blank field

when copying from other excel sheets into the template, many items are 0's. It would be great to not have to delete all the 0's

    Because this is referring to data that originated in a different excel sheet, we would not be able to implement this.
