NXT adjustment safe should return user to register, or give option to safe and enter a new adjustment

As it is now in NXT, it is not easy to enter more than one adjustment at a time. Anyone entering more than 1 adjustment at a time will benefit from this. Everyone! Easiest fix is to put a save and new button at the bottom of the adjustment entry page.
