Allow "dark" or "night mode" view

Many systems now offer a dark or night mode to ease eye strain. It would be nice if FENXT offered this view.

It's a shame that this is still stuck at "needs review" when the original idea was posted in 2021. This seems like a pretty basic functionality to include, & would make NXT much more accessible for migraine sufferers & to prevent eye strain.

I would like to expand that for migraine sufferers, this is not just a nice to have, but also an assessibility concern. I urge Blackbaud to elevate the priority of this request.
