Allow for Misc Journal Entries to be added in

Allow for Misc Journal Entries to be added in the web view for Accounts Payable.

Most accounts payable items have additional journal entries that are needed. It would be helpful to be able to add the misc journal entries in the webview instead of going to the database view.
