Add ability to have Division and Department Columns on Project Activity Report

We need to be able to run the project activity report without filters and have columns for division and department (and other attributes) that can be exported to Excel and manipulated. We put all of that information in for a reason, and then can't use it in the reports we need.

    Agree - ability to export attributes on other reports would be useful as well.
