We are running our credit card expenses in expense management and I love the ability for Blackbuad to send the users a reminder to approve the requests.

Unfortunately, the defaults (Monday & the 1st of the month) do not work well for our organization so we are having to send reminders outside of the system. It would be so much more useful if the notification request fields allowed a choice of days of the week... instead of it defaulting to Monday.
