If you export a Queue report, it allows for a file name to be added (which names the PDF).  If you email a Queue report, it is named based on the type of report (as an example, it is named "User 27_425771407_GLRep119L") and there is no option to edit it or name it anything else, without exporting it.  Given that I send 100+ Queue reports each month, it would be helpful to the recipients to have a name on the PDF that doesn't appear to be gibberish.
