Vendor Query Filter

I would love to see a new Vendor Query Field added that can distinguish between vendors that are Individuals or Organizations. It is a feature in the Vendor Setup, and with the tax season coming, it would help for mailing purposes to send out information that is geared for only organizations.

    Until this field is added to the Query function you can accomplish this by running an export.

    In AP choose Export.  Create a Vendor export and choose the file format you want.

    You can run this for all vendors or filter on 1099 vendors only by using a query as your filter.

    On the output tab select the fields of information you want.  The specific field you are referring to is the Vendor Type field (the last field in the Vendor section).
