FE7: add support for running FE7 Client on Windows Server operating system with Remote Desktop Services?

To improve performance on FE7, we need to locate the server and client machines physically closer together. Our hosting providers do not support Windows Client OS on their machines, so we need to run Windows Server machines with FE7 clients close to the FE7 servers at the hosting location. Then we need to connect to those FE7 client machines at the hosting provider using "Remote Desktop Services" and "Remote Desktop Client".
