Every item in a vendor file should be eligible for upload. We are a small organization with about 1700 vendors in our 40 year history (not many). Over the next few weeks, we will add 1000 vendors due to a large CARES Act grant. Any item that is not able to be uploaded we have to hand type. We feel strongly that any eft recipient MUST be notified for security and to be a good partner. We CANNOT upload the notification e-mail, so we must either spend hours hand-entering these, or we just send cash out without notifications.
