We have recently discovered that users who are not granted access to a particular bank account are still able to pull up a Bank Register Report on that bank account. After contacting support, we were told there is no way to limit the Bank Register Reports by bank account. It is an all or nothing type of security for that report. However, we feel if a user does not have access to a bank account, then it should not be appearing in the drop down list to choose from for that bank register report. This is particularly important for payroll bank accounts, as those details in the register report include employee names and check amounts.
