It currently takes approximately 1 hour to export 1,000 records. We process multiple large exports during each month. At least once every month the export file is over 4,000 records. This means it takes over 4 hours just to export the records. This does not include the time it takes for us import, reconcile and process the payment information that is required prior the to export of the records. We have contractual commitments that are very difficult to meet because of the very long time it takes to export the records. Reducing the amount of time it takes to export records will have great appeal to large existing and potential clients.
