Vendor phone number
Adding a phone number to a vendor record requires adding 3 address options before the field appears. Phone is a required field for Payment Assistant and should one of the first items I see in the vendor record.0 No Status

Do not base check for duplicate vendors on address, but instead off of vendor name or EIN number. Multiples vendors could share the same address.
