Year-To-Date hard coded financial reports only pull calendar year data. It should also pull within a date range.
The Vendor YTD Analysis report has a useful format but it only pulls calendar year information. It should also produce fiscal year and date range information. Most educational institutions operate in fiscal years and the fix will benefit your cust...1 Needs review
